Synopsis

Henryk witnesses a complete massacre of Poland at the hands of the Germany& the Russian Red Army.They break it geographically, culturally & spiritually . Soon , he along with thousands of other women and children is deported to an unknown destination by the NKVD , the soviet secret police.In total 1.2 million Polish citizens were deported to labor camps by the Russian Red Army in 1940.
Jan Saheb opens his heart and palace for the accommodation of the 5000 children.The children are set off on a long journey to India from various camps by the efforts of Polish General Ander’s Army.
